About Billy Merchant
Billy Merchant, property manager of the office park in which Dunder-Mifflin's Scranton office is located. Billy has used a wheelchair since the age of four. He is invited to the office in "The Injury" to speak about being disabled after Michael burns his foot in a George Foreman grill.
