The Office Season 2 Baby! "The Dundies" was the first episode of the second season airing on September 20, 2005. The Dundies is an annual awards ceremony that Michael Scott started which recognizes his employees. I find this really funny because in the corporate world, there's always some type of recognition program.. usually recognizing employees for the good work they have done on projects or for the money they have saved the company..
